Heidi Winkler, M.D., "board certified" by the American Board of Paediatrics, is coming back to serve Norwalk, Downey, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, Cerritos, Artesia, La Habra and L . A . county on June 1st!
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Winkler has over 32 years of experience helping the (mostly) low income hispanic population who are mainly on Medi-Cal.
