While working at office in front of the computer we are not very conscious about our sitting posture. The pressure at work also adds up. Many people do not know how to manage pain. The lack of knowledge and ignorance leads a disorder to become chronic. This is a stage when it is too late to react. There is no use of crying at this point. This is a hopeless situation when no doctor can save you. This is the reason why never ignore the early warning signs.

Daily working out is very essential for staying healthy. People due to software and IT jobs are so busy that they do not get time to do exercise. Also sitting in the air conditioned room we do not sweat. Not precipitating is very bad for the body. Every day we must do something so that we sweat like anything.

There is various type of exercise that an individual can choose to do. One can do jogging, running, brisk walking, playing some sports etc. Exercise is nothing but any physical activity that we must do daily. Without working out the body becomes lazy. When the body is lazy the mind also becomes slow hence we do not react to problems quickly.

Yoga is very old form of physical activity that is there in the world for many years. This is not only an exercise but also an art. After learning this can be always practiced at home anytime. Hence we do not have to go to the gym and spend lot of money. This also cures diseases.

From our mundane work at least in a month we should definitely take a break and go to unknown places alone. Firstly, it will give us the opportunity to understand other culture. We also get lot of time to think about us how much quality time we have sent with our family due work.

Apart from the physical exercise there are activities for the brain as well to keep it sharp and active. These are called as brain exercises. This can be in the form of a game or workout. For example chess is very good game for increasing the mind power. There are other activities for the mind like reading, writing, painting and meditation.

In terms of eating food the reason for bad health in today society is people do not know what they are eating. They consume whatever is available in market without studying the ingredients. Earlier times the sages used to do countless research before consuming anything. Today there are lots of chemical mixed up in food that we eat.

Humans are capable of many things however we have lost our instinct. There were times when we came up the ladder in the food chain. The irony is today we are not fit enough to survive in a forest.
