When you learn to be more observant on what you are taking, then you will start seeing a change in your weight and also the shape of your body. An example of reducing fats is purchasing half a bag of chips that you used to consume and getting a small amount of cheese and ham and then combine with pickles and lettuce.

To lose weight, treat yourself like a child and you can come up with a rule that after you take a cup of steamed broccoli, then you can go ahead and get a slice of a pie.
